In line with the conduct of the Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) Accelerated Poverty Profiling (APP) third round survey, the Training of Trainers on CBMS-Based Local-Level Development Planning and Budgeting was held on 27-30 August 2019 at Apartelle de Francesca, White Beach, Puerto Galera. It was participated by members of the Provincial/Municipal/City CBMS Technical Working Group. PA Hubbert Christopher A. Dolor, MD, MPA, MHA, in his welcome message, expressed the Provincial Government’s support to the activities of the municipal local government units. During the closing ceremonies, DILG Provincial Director Juanito Olave urged the participants to be committed in completing the CBMS activities in the province.
The resource persons were Ms. Charity V. Agbayani, Local Government Operations Officer (LGOO) V, Ms. Evelyn A. Castro, LGOO IV and EnP. Marixie Kamille C. Feraren, LGOO II from the Department of the Interior and Local Government.
