In line with the implementation of the Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) in the province, the I-PLAN Team, headed by EnP. Lydia Muñeca S. Melgar, Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator together with EnP. Christine M. Pine, Provincial Agriculturist, facilitated a stakeholders meeting on 06 August 2019 at the Municipal Conference Room in Gloria. It was attended by farmers, traders and processors of banana and coconut in the province. Issues and constraints and the corresponding interventions for each segment of the value chain were identified for inclusion to the Provincial Commodity Investment Plan.
