A joint PDC, POC and PADAC meeting was held last October 3, 2019 at the Oriental Mindoro Provincial Hospital, Calapan City. The councils are composed of the Provincial Governor as Chairman, two Congressional Representatives, Municipal Mayors, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Committee Chair on Appropriation, Peace and Order, National and Provincial Government Agencies, and Civil Society Organization (CSO) representatives. The meeting was called to take up development, peace and order concerns in the province. Several resolutions were passed and adopted during the meetin; the 2020 – 2022 Provincial Development Investment Program (PDIP)/Annual Investment Program (AIP) 2020 , 2020- 2022 Peace and Order and Public Safety (POPS) Plan, and Joint Resolution organizing the Provincial Task Force (PTF) to End Local Communist Armed Conflict. The AIP 2020 consists of priority programs and projects for implementation next year. Highlighting the meeting, Governor Bonz Dolor, presented to the body the Provincial Road Network Masterplan and Public Infrastructure Investment Program which will serve as the basis of infrastructure programs for implementation.
